After a trial or an administrative proceeding,  many cases find their way by appeal to the Pennsylvania Superior Court, the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, one of the Federal Courts of Appeal or even the Supreme Court of the United States.   A appeal needs 1)  the ability to clearly state the issue to be reviewed by the appellate court, 2) the ability to clearly write a persuasive brief, and 3) the ability to speak clearly, concisely, passionately and with conviction at the time of oral argument.  Our team has the experience and the skills needed to competently handle your appeal.
